Deposit?
We require that the first month's rent and a fully refundable (assuming that the apartment is returned undamaged) security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing.

What's Covered?
Tenant is responsible for individually metered electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet ISP, cable TV & telephone. Yard work is the responsibility of the Tenant. Regular lawn maintenance is covered in the rent. All Tenants are required to maintain a Renters Insurance policy during their tenancy.

Parking?
There are two off street parking spaces and ample street parking for visitors.
